  • Front view with pilot.

  • Pilot removed removed for crane rigging access.

  • Stripping of the paint on the cross head assembly The crosshead appears to be rusted pretty solid.

  • Piston seal assembly needs some clean up. As much of the the cylinder as we can see looks fairly clean.

  • Ready to remove the wristpin Just need to make a puller and apply alot of pressure to pop the tappered pin out.

  • Drawbar pin on the tender end just fell out after remove the access plate. We first tried the loco end, Jacking up with a 150 jack just lifted the loco.
